Description

The Career Investigations for Transitioning Youth (C. I. T. Y.) Program provides a model for schools and universities to positively impact the transitioning youth with disabilities. The C. I. T. Y. Program addresses the career challenges individuals with disabilities face by providing community-based career awareness, exploration, and preparation experiences on a university campus.
